Management Responsible

- Monitor the overall organization and ensure the Wateen Arabia having the required experienced staff to perform the company’s business and to meet the established goals. Regular review and evaluate the performance of the company and ensure that the technical resources and staff with required expertise are available for the smooth operation of the company’s activities.
- Hold regular meeting with departmental heads to discuss and review the compliance with the planned arrangement and recommend changes where required for the purpose of continual improvement.
- Responsible for control of over day to day smooth functioning of operation department.
- Ensure completion of services to our client’s satisfaction, time schedule through effective utilization of resources and delegation of authorities.
- Make determination of work methods prior to and during the project execution in accordance with the international standards and clients requirement.
- Keeping management well informed of concerns and progress of projects in a timely manner.
- Provides technical advice where required.
- Interact with the client and responds to their inquiries and concerns.
- Responsible for acquiring bids and projects and supervision of documents controls for both contractors and correspondences.
